Refund policy
General Return Policies
- At Femzai, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned.
- Please note, that we can only guarantee to offer refunds on items that have came damaged, or defective. Returns on unfit sizes are considered as well. To return an item that is a result of a change-of-mind, we reserve the right to refuse your refund.
- Our orders are cancellable within 24 hours of placing the order, you can reach out to us on our discord or hello@femzai.com to do so. After the lapsed time, you may not cancel your order. Please be patient and allow for the order to arrive to you.
- We do not pay for returns shipping or provide return labels under any circumstances.
- Please be sure to fill in the recipient information correctly. If the recipient information is filled in incorrectly and needs to be returned to our warehouse to rearrange delivery, we need to charge an additional $6.
Defective Items
- If your product comes defective, you may return the product within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@femzai.com and provide your order number and a photo of the items damaged.
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy requirements. If approved, we will process your refund within 5 business days.
Sizing Issues
- Sizing returns are considered as well. Please note that if our team have assisted you with a purchase and it does not fit, you have the right to request for another size for free, without having to return anything.
- Otherwise, please note that the item must be in its original condition and packaging with all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.
- We do not consider singular returns for hosiery, lingerie, and thigh highs
- We will require you to return the items to our warehouse address which will be sent to you, once received by our warehouse staff your return will be refunded.

Shipping Protection
- We recommend you have your shipping insured for shipping protection, which is available at checkout.
- Your packages are insured for lost or damage by default, but Shipping protection ensures that in an event that a shipment for whatever reason is lost at the hands of your local post facilities, we will be able to refund you right away.
- Shipping protection can also give you the right to request a refund if you filled in an incorrect address, in which case if it is not purchased, you will not be eligible for a refund as noted on our shipping policy.
