Easy! We're totally here to help, but here's a quick self service guide, if you are still confused after viewing the #self-serve sizing instructions in the product description.
To measure your waist:
- Find the top of your hip bone and the bottom of your ribsย
- Breathe out normallyย
- Place a flexible measuring tape around your waist, halfway between the two pointsย
- Make sure the tape is parallel to the floor and snug but not too tight
- Note the measurement on the tape
To measure your shoulders:
- Stand up straight with your shoulders level and arms relaxed at your sides.
- Have a friend help you locate the acromion bone, which is the bony protrusion at the top of your shoulder.
- Have your friend stretch a measuring tape across your back from one acromion bone to the other.
- Make sure the tape is level and straight, and that it touches both acromion bones equally.
- Record the measurement in centimeters or inches.
These are the two main measurements you will need when you shop with us.

We usually go through a short processing period from 1~5 days, sometimes 7 days due to high demand. Then, for expedited shipping, it will arrive within 3~8 days, for normal shipping, it will arrive within 6~12 days.
Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging. Please contact us to receive the exact instructions for return.
Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s).
